Who can I contact about my order?

For any questions regarding your order, please email support@seethewayisee.com and don't forget to include your order number! You can expect a response to your email within 4 business days. Please refrain from sending multiple emails. *Note that direct messages on social media will not be answered regarding orders*

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout! It all depends on what items you want to order, and where you are ordering from.

I've made an order, now what?

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from. 

I can’t find my order confirmation!?

Please check your spam or promotions tab of your email! Nine times out of ten customers are finding it there, unless you chose to have a text order confirmation.

What’s your return/exchange/cancellation policy?

No returns are accepted due to the fact that my items are made to order! So once an order is placed, it also can’t be cancelled due to it immediately going into production. If your item arrives and there is a defect, please email a photo and your order number to SeeTheWayISeeIG@gmail.com so I can fix this for you!

Note that all product defects have to be reported within two weeks of receiving the item.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Once an order is made it is immediately sent to production, which means I am unable to change anything about the order. So please be sure of your size and color before placing an order!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

Why did I only receive a part of my order?

It is very normal/common for parts of orders to be shipped separately. Do not worry, your other items will just be shipped to you soon!

I think my order might be lost in the mail!

If you are trying to track your order and you notice that it is not moving, or marked as delivered when you know it hasn’t been, you may file a claim with USPS! Or any other postal service that was used. You can use this link to file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Why is shipping taking so long?

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 many of my products are being delayed in the fulfillment and shipping process! I hope everything gets back to normal soon, but for right now, I would expect the delays that are listed below!

    Estimated times of arrival:

          Crewnecks & Tee’s: 2-4 weeks

          Embroidered Crewnecks: 2-4 weeks

          iPhone Cases: No delay

          Stickers: No delay

Again I am sorry about these delays but my facilities have reduced their number of warehouses all while orders are only increasing during quarantine. So this means that half the facilities are in use, but they have double the amount of orders that they are used to! So remember to please be kind, and please try to be as patient as possible during this difficult time! They are working as fast as they can, all while keeping their workers as safe as possible from this virus!
