When do you restock?

I restock as often as I possibly can (once a month-ish)! We just moved into a new warehouse space where we will be able to hold more inventory for future launches. I understand the frustration with quick sell-outs but I am doing my best during such quick growth (which I am extremely thankful for).

Help! What size should I get?

All of our apparel is unisex and true to size. But I always recommend sizing up one for a baggier/cozier feel if that's what you prefer!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you place an order during a major launch/restock, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.

How can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time. 

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and $5 processing fee.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@seethewayisee.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
