When do you restock?

(Next restock is on March 1st) I restock as often as I possibly can! I work out of my parent's garage that I recently renovated, and am currently looking for warehouse space so I can increase my inventory. But until then, I am working with the space that I have. So please be patient! I understand the frustration with quick sell-outs but I am doing my best during such quick growth (which I am extremely thankful for)!

Help! What size should I get?

My crewnecks and tee's are unisex and true to size! But I always recommend sizing up one for a baggier/cozier feel if that's what you prefer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 3-7 business days (but most of the time will be sooner!). But, if you place an order during a major launch, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from.

Can I change something about my order?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@seethewayisee.com within 5 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

It is normal for parts of orders to be shipped separately due to having two separate fulfillment teams. Don't stress! :)
